Breastfeeding service

I have extensive experience in supporting women 1:1, in their own homes or through groups I run. I support women on the free NCT helpline weekly

Initial consultation

£15 per 1/2 hr. £25 for an hour

Phone/skype/zoom consultation- This helps to establish, with you, whether a home visit is required. This relates to breastfeeding support only.

home visit (breastfeeding)

£50 per hour, £40 for subsequent hours

Home visit - General breastfeeding support. Mileage after 1 hour of travel to and/or from a client's home charged at £1 per mile. Train journeys will incur an additional cost depending on the ticket price.

breastfeeding - stand alone workshop

£90 for the session

Three hour feeding session - Focusing on practical but positive ways to feed baby including breastfeeding, expressing and using combined approaches plus using formula in the safest way possible.

Antenatal birth and hypnobirthing

As an experienced antenatal teacher I have run sessions face to face and on zoom, both 1:1 and in groups.

Hypnobirthing - private sessions, 3 hour workshops or ten hour courses

£40 per hour, £30 for subsequent hours. 3 hour workshop, £100. Full course £300

Either face to face or on zoom using the Little Birth Company programme. The design of the programme is to work with the subconscious mind to help alter perceptions of negative birth imagery and to build on more positive and affirming images and understanding of physiological birth. Equally, I can help you to prepare for a more positive medicalised birth if that is more likely.

Either face to face or on zoom. Learn about the whole process, options available to you, the type of birth, pain management and self help. These sessions can be completely tailored to your needs all offered as a positive and empowering bundle!

Antenatal post birth care - stand alone workshop

£100 for the session or it can be tailored and incorporated into the antenatal courses.

Either face to face or on zoom. A three hour postnatal and practical care session often focused on understanding your magical creation, the ‘fourth trimester’ and how to care practically for your precious baby.

Times vary according to availability. Can travel to London or throughout Kent and Sussex. Travel expenses vary according to mode of travel.
