TERMS and CONDITIONS

Upon booking one of my courses or workshops you agree to these terms and conditions.

I will always endeavour to help and support to the best of my ability. My training is counselling and facilitation based and I apply physiologic and clinical knowledge accordingly. This means that I work with each mother/baby dyad to come up with strategies that may help. These are not guaranteed to be failsafe due to the complex ebb and flow of the process of birthing and breastfeeding. 

All courses, workshops and home visits must be paid for in full before the course or appointment it can go ahead.

Payments may be made using a debit\credit card, PayPal or by bank transfer.

Cancellations and refunds

Chrysalis, Birth, Baby and Bond reserves the right to amend or cancel a class time or day if required to by circumstances beyond my control. If a mutually convenient rearrangement cannot be agreed upon then a full refund for the remainder of the course will be given, minus the cost of the course materials. 

To book a course, workshop or home visit the client agrees to pay 50% of the agreed fee as a deposit which will be non-refundable. 

If the fee for the course, workshop or home visit is not paid in full at the time of booking then the remainder must be paid in full prior to the first session or appointment.

In the event that a client wishes to cancel their course, workshop or home visit, 75% of the agreed fee will be retained if less than 30 days notice is provided. If less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given then the full fee will be retained. Exceptional circumstances will be considered on an individual basis.
